I hold a Master of Science in Software Development from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

I began my career as a GIS Geologist, leading multicultural teams for Fortune 100 gold mining companies, and later led technical operations in the U.S. Navy before pivoting into platform engineering. I have designed and implemented cloud-native architectures across enterprise and hyperscaler platforms including ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, and Azure. As a consultant with McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, I have architected and delivered platform solutions for some of the most complex enterprise environments in the world.

I currently specialize in the deployment and integration of self-hosted large language models on the ServiceNow platform, enabling enterprises to leverage AI capabilities within secure, controlled environments.
